Does Patreon allow lewd content? ›

Patreon's Adult/18+ category enables creators of works involving permitted sexual expression to connect with fans. Works which are sexually gratifying or contain nudity and abide by all other guidelines are in many cases permitted on Patreon pages categorized as Adult/18+.
